Cancellation & Refund Policy

To ensure a structured and high-quality experience for all clients, the following policy applies to all bookings:

Full payment is required at the time of booking to secure your session.

All sessions are reserved exclusively for you once scheduled.

All sales are final.

Due to the nature of this service, no refunds will be issued once a session has been booked, including after the session has been completed.

If you choose to cancel your session, no refunds will be provided.

However, you may request to reschedule your session in accordance with the policy below.

We understand that schedules can change.

You are permitted up to two (2) reschedule requests per booking.

Reschedule requests must be made with reasonable notice prior to your scheduled session time.

After two reschedules, additional changes may not be accommodated.

If you do not attend your scheduled session and fail to communicate in advance:

• The session will be considered forfeited
• No refund will be issued
• No additional reschedule will be guaranteed

If there is repeated lack of communication or missed sessions, Industrially Organized reserves the right to cancel the engagement without refund.

By booking a session, you agree to:

• Attend your scheduled session on time
• Communicate any changes in advance
• Take responsibility for your participation and follow-through

This service is designed for individuals who are ready to engage and take action toward their career goals.
