1. Services Overview

Industrially Organized provides career strategy consulting services, including but not limited to the Path to Success Career Intensive, digital courses, and related resources.

All services are designed to provide guidance, structure, and strategic insight based on Industrial-Organizational Psychology principles.

 

2. Payment Terms

Full payment is required at the time of booking for all services.

No session will be scheduled or confirmed without completed payment.

 

3. Refund Policy

All sales are final.

Due to the nature of consulting services, no refunds will be issued under any circumstances, including after the session has been completed or if the client chooses not to proceed.

 

4. Cancellation Policy

If a client chooses to cancel a scheduled session, no refunds will be provided.

Clients may request to reschedule in accordance with the rescheduling policy outlined below.

 

5. Rescheduling Policy

Clients are permitted up to two (2) reschedule requests per booking.

Reschedule requests must be made with reasonable notice prior to the scheduled session.

Additional reschedule requests beyond this limit may not be accommodated.

 

6. No-Show Policy

If a client does not attend a scheduled session and fails to communicate in advance:

• The session will be forfeited
• No refund will be issued
• Rescheduling is not guaranteed

Repeated missed sessions or lack of communication may result in termination of services without refund.

 

7. Client Responsibility

Clients are responsible for:

• Attending sessions on time
• Providing accurate and honest information
• Taking ownership of their decisions and actions

Results are dependent on individual effort, engagement, and application.

 

8. No Guarantees

While Industrially Organized provides structured guidance and strategic support, no guarantees are made regarding specific career outcomes, including promotions, job offers, or salary increases.

 

9. Limitation of Liability

Industrially Organized shall not be held liable for any decisions made by the client as a result of the services provided.

All services are for informational and developmental purposes only.

 

10. Intellectual Property

All materials, frameworks, reports, and resources provided are the intellectual property of Industrially Organized.

They may not be copied, distributed, or reproduced without written permission.

 

11. Agreement

By booking a service or purchasing a product from Industrially Organized, you agree to these Terms & Conditions.
