SOUND FAMILIAR?

Good at your job.
Questioning the whole thing.

You can be accomplished, capable, and grateful for your career—and still wonder whether this is how you want to spend the next ten years.

01 - “I want something of my own.”

You have experience and ideas. You want to understand what running a business would actually ask of you.

02 - “I can’t just walk away.”

Your income, responsibilities, and current season of life matter. You need a realistic route, even if it takes a year or two.

03 - “What if I’m just burned out?”

You’re ready for something to change. You want to explore whether that means a different role, better boundaries, or a business.

THE BUSINESS BEHIND THE IDEA

Your experience is valuable.
But is it a business?

Most people come to E2E with strong skills, years of experience, and a real desire to do something different. What they do not always have yet is a clear offer or a complete picture of what the business would require.

That is normal. It is also exactly why the reality check matters.

A skill is not automatically an offer.

An idea is not automatically a business.

And one terrible week at work is definitely not a launch plan.

01

Your Offer

What problem will you solve, for whom, and why would they pay for it?

02

Your Financial Reality

What would the transition cost, and what does your current life require?

03

Your Operations

What systems, tools, administration, and capacity will the work demand?

04

Your Sales Approach

How comfortable and prepared are you to find clients and ask for the business?

05

Your Marketing Foundation

Who needs to know you exist, and how will you communicate your value?

This is the step before business coaching.

I help you decide whether entrepreneurship fits, identify the foundation you need, and build a direction you can act on. If the answer is yes, I can connect you with trusted specialists for the areas where you need support. If the answer is “not yet” or “not for me,” we build around that decision instead.

THERE'S MORE THAN ONE GOOD ANSWER

You don’t have to quit
to move forward.

E2E creates room for an honest decision. Your next chapter could mean renewing your corporate career, building a thoughtful transition, or taking the next steps toward entrepreneurship.

STAY & RESET

Make corporate work better for you—with clearer priorities, boundaries, and direction.

PREPARE & TRANSITION

Build your foundation while you’re employed. Set milestones and a timeline that makes sense.

PURSUE & BUILD

Understand the gaps, trade-offs, and next steps behind the business you want to create.

WHAT YOU WALK AWAY WITH

Less going in circles.
More knowing what comes next.

UNDERSTAND YOURSELF

A clearer picture of fit.

Explore your motivations, strengths, challenges, capacity, and priorities. Look at the work and life you want to build—not just the title you want to leave.

UNDERSTAND THE REALITY

Your options, examined.

A personalized assessment report brings your career options and business concept into focus, including costs, practical challenges, and questions that need answers.

KNOW YOUR NEXT STEPS

A plan you can act on.

Your second report translates your chosen direction into a step-by-step roadmap. We review it together so you know where to start and what to work toward.

THE E2E EXPERIENCE

A real conversation.
A thoughtful assessment.
A practical plan.

You bring the questions, experience, and ideas. I help you examine them, connect the dots, and turn your decision into next steps.

Hi, I'm Nicole

I said "I'm Outta Here," too.

I know what it feels like to be capable, committed, and completely over the corporate BS. After more than 20 years in HR, I became a business owner—and quickly discovered how much I still had to learn.

Knowing your work and knowing how to run a business are different skill sets. That realization is part of why I created E2E.

I bring HR experience, Industrial-Organizational Psychology principles, and my own founder experience to help you examine what you want and what it will take to get there.

“I work for the individual, not the company.”

That means your goals, your capacity, and your life belong at the center of this decision.

A FEW THINGS YOU MIGHT BE WONDERING

Good questions.

Honest answers.

Do I need to be ready to quit?

No. Planning a transition while staying employed can be a useful outcome. E2E helps you identify what needs to be in place before a change, whether that is soon or a year or two from now.

Do I need a fully developed business idea?

You can bring an early idea or a direction you’re considering, such as consulting or independent work. The discovery call helps us determine whether E2E fits where you are right now.

What if I decide to stay in corporate?

Then we build around that decision. Your plan can focus on renewing your career direction, setting boundaries, and making more intentional choices about your role and next steps.

Will you help me launch and run my business?

E2E focuses on the decision and the foundation plan. If entrepreneurship is your chosen direction, we can discuss a connection to a business coach for launch execution. Ongoing business coaching is separate from this program.

What if I’m already an entrepreneur?

If you’re questioning whether entrepreneurship still fits and considering a return to corporate, E2E can help you examine those options too. Start with a discovery call so we can talk about your situation. Or if you are still at the very beginning of your business, we can still talk about your path and next steps.

What happens on the discovery call?

We talk about the decision you’re facing, what you’re hoping to gain, and how E2E works. You can ask questions about the process, scheduling, and fit before deciding whether to enroll.

In this webinar we will cover

YOUR NEXT CHAPTER DESERVES SOME THOUGHT

You don’t need every answer.
Let’s start with a conversation.

Tell me what’s on your mind. We’ll explore whether E2E is the right next step.
