Service Description
The Path to Success Career Intensive is a structured, data-informed career strategy experience designed to give you clarity, direction, and a clear path forward. Instead of guessing your next move, we analyze how you operate using DISC and Emotional Intelligence insights, identify what’s actually holding you back, and build a personalized strategy aligned with your strengths and goals. You’ll walk away with a clear understanding of your career direction, how to position yourself for growth, and a structured plan so you can move forward with confidence—without second-guessing your decisions. This is completed in 2 sessions: The first session will be to talk about what your goals are and what your pain points are. (~ 1 hr) The second session will be to discuss your assessments, your personalized strategy and Path to Success Report. (~1-2 hrs) Path to Success Intensive Includes: ✔ Initial intake and career analysis (Session 1 - One Hour) ✔ DISC behavioral assessment ✔ Emotional Intelligence assessment ✔ 1:1 deep-dive strategy session (Session 2 - 1-2 Hours) ✔ Personalized Path to Success Report
Cancellation Policy
Industrially Organized, LLC - Please Read Carefully Cancellation & Refund Policy To ensure a structured and high-quality experience for all clients, the following policy applies to all bookings: Payment Policy Full payment is required at the time of booking to secure your session. All sessions are reserved exclusively for you once scheduled. Refund Policy All sales are final. Due to the nature of this service, no refunds will be issued once a session has been booked, including after the session has been completed. Cancellation Policy If you choose to cancel your session, no refunds will be provided. However, you may request to reschedule your session in accordance with the policy below. Rescheduling Policy We understand that schedules can change. You are permitted up to two (2) reschedule requests per booking. Reschedule requests must be made with reasonable notice prior to your scheduled session time. After two reschedules, additional changes may not be accommodated. No-Show & Communication Policy If you do not attend your scheduled session and fail to communicate in advance: • The session will be considered forfeited • No refund will be issued • No additional reschedule will be guaranteed If there is repeated lack of communication or missed sessions, Industrially Organized, LLC reserves the right to cancel the engagement without refund. Client Responsibility By booking a session, you agree to: • Attend your scheduled session on time • Communicate any changes in advance • Take responsibility for your participation and follow-through This service is designed for individuals who are ready to engage and take action toward their career goals. Agreement By booking this session with Industrially Organized, LLC, you acknowledge and agree to the terms outlined in this policy.
